3. Oatmeal mask
Oatmeal is not just a super healthy way to start your day, it also has numerous positive effects on your skin and hair. In the treatment of blackheads, oatmeal is your big ally because it removes the excess of sebum and bacteria which cause the blackheads in the first place. Yogurt will rejuvenate your skin and make it smooth. For the mask, you will need:
2 tbsp oats
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1-2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them up to get a paste. Apply the mask on your face and leave it to sit for 5-10 minutes. After that, rinse it off with cold water and gently dry your face. You can use this mask regularly, but don’t use it more than 2-3 times per week.
